"I am of the opinion that my life belongs to the whole community and as long as I live, it is my privilege to do for it whatever I can. I want to be thoroughly used up when I die, for the harder I work the more I live. "

-George Bernard Shaw

Press Releases and Articles

Since 2006, our community-inspired initiative has been providing homeless, low-income, and underemployed individuals in the Washington D.C. area with skills, tools, attire and confidence for success in today’s workforce. The initiative is designed to break down the traditional barriers to success faced by our participants for finding and keeping a great job. We rely upon the generosity of our partners and volunteers to make a sustainable difference in the lives of our fellow citizens. Please email media inquires to info@pybff.org.
